Once we’ve received payment for your first invoice, we usually setup your hosting almost immediately. You can start sending emails immediately once you’ve created your users or email addresses. If your domain is new or you’ve transferred it from another registrar it may take between 12-48 hrs before your domain is ready to receive emails, but in most cases it takes much shorter than that.
